Enjoy a coastal life-style in this southern, quiet part of Del Mar which is about 1 mile to the beach and the Village of Del Mar. En suite primary bedroom, with an ocean view, has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom can be arranged with two extra-long twin beds or moved together to make a king sized bed. The rental includes 2 designated parking spots. Tenants pay for electric/ gas usage, a security deposit and one cleaning fee per month. Water, sewage, trash, cable & wifi are covered by the owner. Condo is available for the month of June at $8,500, and again, by the month from October through December, with price depending on the length of stay, $7,200- $8,250. Dogs are welcome with the permission of the owner.
