View, View, View!!! location to beach access is excellent, neighborhood oceanfront park is steps away, beach trail takes you to downtown, pier, dining, train access and so much more!! Shows very well. There is a bedroom on the 1st level which is also home to living room, kitchen, dining, deck & walk in shower however there are stairs to this first level. Garage is only area without stairs. There is a view from all rooms except 1 bathroom/ 1 bedroom & you can hear the surf as it lulls you to sleep. 4th of July fireworks are an amazing show enjoyed from large deck off dining room. Sunsets are spectacular and no two are the same, Seal Rock is straight out as well as Catalina Island......It is a must see!
