Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum. Long term rental of 12+ months desired, $5,300 per month / $5,300 deposit. Water, garbage, sewer and HOA dues are included in the rent; Tenants are responsible for other utilities. Quarterly housekeeping is also included in the rent.
