The living room has a bar and fireplace, the kitchen has been updated with rich cabinets, granite counter tops and built-in stainless steel appliances. The primary bath is just beautiful with stack-stone walls, dual vanities, sunken tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom opens to the front courtyard of light and air. There is a private 2-car garage, owned solar, and a tankless water heater. Some TLC needed, but what a buy!
