Whether you're heading downtown to catch a Padres game or exploring the famous Little Italy Farmers Market, you'll love how easy it is to get around. The unit is filled with natural light but also features blackout shades for when you need a darker, more restful environment. Kick back in the living room with a movie night on Netflix, enjoy the luxurious rain shower, and take advantage of the ample storage space throughout. Applicants must have verifiable income, good credit. It is a SMOKE FREE property. Application fee is $50 (per person). Security deposit is $1,000 (refundable). 3 month minimum lease requested.
